Why is my order delayed?

Non-Working DaysSundays: Printfuse operates from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays being non-working days. Orders placed on weekends may experience an additional day's delay, as Sundays are excluded from our dispatch timelines.

Public Holidays: We observe national public holidays, during which our operations are paused. This includes major festivals and government-declared holidays. Orders placed around these dates may experience delays corresponding to the holiday duration.

2. Quality Control (QC) FailuresFailed QC: Each product undergoes a stringent QC process. If a product doesn't meet our quality standards, it is reprinted within 24 to 48 hours before proceeding to dispatch.

3. External FactorsShipping Delays: After dispatch, delivery timelines depend on the shipping method and destination. Factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues may affect the delivery timeline.
