How to edit the shipping details of an order?

⚠️Note

You can edit the shipping address for any order only until the order status is- Pending

Once the order status is changed to Accepted, you may not be able to make any changes to the shipping address.


How to edit shipping address?

Step 1: Login to your seller panel

Step 2: From the left Menu, go to Orders Step 3: Search for the order ID in the search bar

Step 4: Click on the Action button > Shipping address

Step 5: Click on the Edit Address button and enter the details you want to update and click save.

Your shipping address is now updated.

We cannot update the address when:

  1. Order status is Accepted, Provider Accepted, Processing, Printed and Ready for dispatch

  2. Order is picked up by the courier service

  3. Order is in-transit and NDR

How to prevent last minute order shipping changes?

  1. Before you Accept any order, ensure the address details are correct like:

  • Door number, building name, street name, area

  • State and city

  • Pincode

  • Landmark

If you find anything incorrect, contact your customer and update the details before you confirm the order for printing.

  1. If the order is dispatched by the Provider, contact your User (customer) to cancel the order when they receive a call or an delivery attempt is made.

  2. If the customer delays in sharing the correct address, add the order to RTS (Return to Stock). However, RTS can only be marked until the order status is Printed. Please note, reshipping an RTS order has additional charges involved.
