What is RTS (Return to Stock)?
RTS stands for Return to Stock.
This option allows you to cancel the shipping of an order while the product is still under processing or has been printed.
Processing or Printed: You can mark an order as RTS during these stages.
RTS essentially cancels the shipping of the order. The provider will still print the product, and you will be charged for the product and printing. However, the shipping cost will be refunded.
❗NOTE:
Once an order reaches 'Ready to Dispatch' stage, you cannot mark it as RTS.
RTS is useful if your customer cancels an order after you have accepted it from the pending stage. This allows you to avoid shipping the product while still having it available for future orders.
The order will not be shipped.
The order will be added to the return stock and made available for reshipping.
❗Note
Once an order is marked RTS, it cannot be reversed. You can only reship it once it appears in the RTS section of your seller panel.
You can reship the order within 60 days from the date it is marked as RTS. Post 60 days, you can either reship them collectively to your address or they will be donated and removed for reshipping.
The refunded shipping amount will be credited to your wallet. You can use these wallet credits for future orders.
Review RTS Orders: Regularly review your RTS stock to decide on reshipping or other actions within the 60-day window.
Reshipment: When a new order comes in for the same product, you can reship it from the RTS stock, saving time on printing and preparation.
Eligible Stages: The order must be in either the processing or printed stage. It cannot be marked as RTS once it is ready to dispatch.
Cost Savings: Avoid unnecessary shipping costs for orders that are canceled post-acceptance.
Inventory Management: Keep printed products available for future orders, reducing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Customer Flexibility: Provides a way to handle customer cancellations gracefully, maintaining customer satisfaction.
Automatic Refund: Once marked as RTS, the shipping amount is automatically credited to your wallet.
Usage of Wallet Credits: These credits can be applied to future orders, helping to manage costs effectively.
