What are the different shipping statuses after an order is shipped?

Shipping Statuses After Order Dispatch

Pickup Scheduled – This status indicates that a pickup request has been generated and sent to the courier company.

Pickup Error – This appears when a pickup request fails to generate due to incorrect order details or a technical API issue.

Out for Pickup – The courier company is enroute to collect your parcel.

Pickup Exception – The courier attempted to pick up the package but couldn't complete it due to unforeseen reasons.

Pickup Rescheduled – If a pickup attempt couldn’t be made on a scheduled day, it is automatically rescheduled for the next day.

Order Picked Up – The package has been successfully collected from the Provider facility.

In Transit – The package is on its way to the destination hub.

Out for Delivery – The package has left the nearest courier hub and is enroute to the delivery address. This status typically appears on the expected delivery day.

Undelivered (1st/2nd/3rd Attempt) – If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it is marked as undelivered. Common reasons include:

Customer not reachable
Incomplete address
COD amount not ready
Customer requested a future delivery date
Customer opted for self-pickup
Customer refused delivery
Address location closed (home/office)

Delivered – The package has been successfully handed over to the customer.

RTO (Return to Origin) Initiated – The package was undeliverable and is being sent back to the seller.
