First, verify whether the amount was deducted from your bank or payment method. Sometimes, payments take a few minutes to process. If the transaction is pending, wait a bit before taking further action.
If the amount was deducted but hasn’t reflected in your wallet, reach out to our support team with the following details:
Payment method used (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
Transaction ID or reference number
Date and time of the transaction
Screenshot of the payment confirmation
