How to manage customer returns on snapstore?
Managing returns is an essential part of running an online store, and Snapstore makes it easier for sellers by offering a built-in return management system.
With the Customer Returns feature, sellers can enable customers to initiate return requests directly from their Snapstore storefront.

Sellers can activate the Customer Returns option from the Store Setup page in Snapstore. By toggling this feature on, customers will have access to initiate return requests, ensuring transparency and convenience in the buying process.
When a customer decides to return a product, they can submit a return request through the Snapstore interface.

Once the request is submitted, sellers can review and decide whether to accept or cancel the return. If accepted, the product is shipped back to the seller’s shop address, and the seller bears the reverse shipping charges.
This ensures that the seller has full control over handling returned items, whether it’s for exchange, resale, or refund processing.
Once a returned product is received, it will be added to the seller’s returns section. The seller can then choose to:
Reship the product to another customer.
Offer an exchange or refund based on store policy.
