How to Cancel a Snapstore order?

To cancel a Snapstore order, you can follow a similar process as accepting an order, but instead of accepting, you will select the option to cancel the order.

How to Accept Snapstore orders?

Canceling an Order:



Go to the Orders section in your Printfuse seller dashboard.
Find the order you want to cancel under Pending
Click the "*Cancel Order**" button to cancel the order.

Orders Already Accepted



If the order has already been accepted, you cannot cancel it. However, you can make the order RTS (Return to Stock).

Once the order is RTS, the order shipping charges will be refunded to your wallet.

RTS Eligibility

You can request an RTS only if the order status is still Printed. If the order status is Ready to Dispatch or Shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, the order will be shipped, and your customer will need to cancel the order upon delivery attempt.


Important Notes



Refund to Customer

In case you mark an order RTS, Printfuse will initiate the refund to your customer.

Fulfillment Charges

When you mark an order for RTS, you will still be charged for the fulfillment, but the shipping charges will be refunded to your wallet.

Revenue from RTS Orders

You will not generate revenue for the RTS order until you receive a new order for the same product.
