How does Printfuse charge for orders?
Understanding how Printfuse charges for orders is important for seamless business operations. The payment and fulfillment processes are divided into two:
Snap Store orders and
Orders from your own website (like Shopify, WooCommerce, custom etc).
When a customer places a prepaid order on the Snap Store, the payment reflects in the withdrawal section of your seller panel. Once the order is confirmed for f, you can withdraw the amount to your bank account.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive the customer payment in the withdrawal section after 7 days of order delivery. You can withdraw the amount into bank account once they are made available.
1. Customer Pays You: For prepaid orders, the customer pays you directly through the payment gateway set up on your online store. Once you receive the payment, you can place the order on the Printfuse dashboard.
2. You Pay Printfuse: To proceed with order fulfillment, you pay Printfuse for printing and shipping. The payment is deducted in the form of credits.

2. You Place the Order on Printfuse Dashboard: Enter the order details on the Printfuse dashboard.
3. You Pay Printfuse: Make a payment to Printfuse for printing and shipping the order.
4. Customer Pays the Courier Executive: The customer pays the courier executive upon delivery.
5. Courier Company Pays Printfuse: The courier company transfers the payment to Printfuse within 7 working days.
6. Printfuse Pays You: Printfuse transfers the COD amount collected from your customer to you in the form of credits, which you can then withdraw into your bank account.
What are credits?
Rs. 1 is equal to 1 credit.
Credits have no expiry.
Ensure you have sufficient credits to place orders.
All order placements and refunds will be managed through credits.
